All copyright, contents, materials in this website must not be used, copied, reproduced, published or modified without our written permission other than for personal and non-commercial purpose.

Creative Gadgets, Creative Gadgets Ltd, creativegadgets.com and our logos are all either trademarks or registered trademarks of Creative Gadgets Ltd and can not be used by anyone else without our written permission. Products featured on our website may have trademarks or registered trademarks of their own respective owners.

2. Price and Payment

Prices of all products display in three currencies: UK sterling pound, Euro and US Dollar. Euro and US Dollar prices may slightly change from time to time, based on the currency exchange rates.

Delivery charges are NOT included in the prices unless notified, therefore you will be required to pay for the delivery. We are striving to provide you with the most economic or the fastest delivery methods. So we have set out a series of delivery options to cater for your needs. Please see out Delivery Policy for details. However, please bear in mind that we might not able to deliver to some locations in the world due to various reasons.

Creativegadget.com reserves all the rights to change prices of all products at any time for any reasons such as promotions, tax changes or VAT rate changes, etc.

You can choose to pay between THREE different payment methods: SagePay secure on-site payment system, PayPal payment and Google Checkout. All payment gateways are secured and fast, with almost all general payment cards accepted. Goods will then be despatched once cleared payment has been received. Please bear in mind that some cards may incur small charges which will display to remind when you are paying.
 
3. Contract and Cancellation

The general steps to form a contract between you and us are clear and simple:

• You place order of goods on the website
• You follow the instructions on the website to make payments for the order
• We send you an order confirmation email containing details of your order
• We despatch your order once cleared payment has been received
• You will automatically enter a contract between you and us once the ordered goods have been received

However, we reserve the right to cancel the order under below circumstances:

• The goods you have ordered are out of stock
• We can not obtain cleared payment
• We do not ship to your location
• We have identified a pricing, product or offer description error

We also reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at anytime and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

4. Delivery Policy:

4.1 UK Delivery

4.1.1 UK Standard 3-5 working days (From £1.99 for small goods)
Our Standard delivery service will usually take 3-5 working days to arrive at mainland UK addresses. Orders before 12.30 PM will be dispatched on the same day.

4.1.2 UK Express 1-2 working days (From £2.49)
Our UK Express service will usually take 1-2 working days to arrive at mainland UK addresses. Orders before 12.30 PM will be dispatched on the same day.

4.1.3 Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Channel Islands 3-5 working days (From £4.99)
Orders before 12.30 PM will be dispatched on the same day.

4.2 International Delivery

4.2.1 EU
Our International Delivery will normally take 3-7 working days to arrive at EU destinations. Our cheapest charge starts from £3.99 depending on the weight and size of the item.

4.2.2 Rest of the World
International Delivery to the Rest of the World will normally take up to 7-14 working days. It further depends on the processing speed of local Customs. Our cheapest charge starts from £6.99 depending on the weight and size of the item.

Delivery time may vary due to different factors such as: destination location, local courier, custom clearance. It may take longer due to some reasons such as postal strikes. Please be patient during the shipping period. However, please feel free to leave us messages or email us at sales@creativegadgets.com if you experienced long waiting time, we will try our best to solve the problems.

Please note:

• All products will be shipped to the addresses customers input on the website. Buyers are responsible for the re-shipping costs due to the wrong or invalid addresses provided.
• Buyers are responsible for all tax, custom duty or charges incurred during the international shipping. Please contact your local custom authorities for relative information.

5. Return Policy

We are always trying our best to provide you with the best and safest online shopping experience. Therefore, according to our policy you may return goods within 21 days from the receipt of the products. These include damaged, faulty and unwanted products. We will provide either full amount refund, replacement of the same items or exchange of the items based on buyers' instruction and availability.

Please contact us first at sales@creativegadgets.com if you want to return your goods.

5.1 Unwanted Products

We will refund or exchange any products provided the following conditions are met:

• Please notify us within 21 days from the receipt of the product. We will then provide the return address.
• The product must be in original unused and resalable condition and in its original packaging.
• Include the original invoice or packing slip indicating which product is being returned.
• The customer is expected to be responsible for the return postage costs.

However:

• If the product is not returned in above original and resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange of the product.
• We can not accept returns of perishable goods and audio or video recording or computer software out of the sealed package in which it was delivered to you.
• We are not responsible for any damage or lost caused during the return, but we do highly recommend buyers to use insured delivery service for their return.

Once goods have been received by us, please allow a maximum of 7 working days for us to examine the received goods and carry on the following replacement, exchange or refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

5.2 Faulty Products

Our products should arrive to you in excellent condition. However, if unfortunately, the product arrives in defective, faulty or incorrect condition. We will refund or exchange the product based on your instruction. Please notify us within 21 days from the receipt of the product. We will then provide the return address. Also we will be responsible for the postage costs in returning it to us.

Once goods have been received by us, please allow a maximum of 7 working days for us to examine the received goods and carry on the following replacement, exchange or refund. However, we will NOT be responsible for any issues or damages caused by the customer himself due to carelessness or mis-operation.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Other Terms

The pictures are for illustration purposes only and may differ a little from the actual goods.
While we have made every attempt to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights, we are however, not able to guarantee that all the contents or products within our store are authorized or genuine. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide us with the following information:

• An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest;
• A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
• A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our store, with enough detail that we may find it on the website;
• Your address, telephone number, and email address;
• A statement by you that you have a good faith or belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in you Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner’s behalf.

Upon review of the information you provided, we will take appropriate action as soon as possible.
